Description
Job Descriptionis hiring a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Berkeley, CA .
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between Publishers Group West (PGW) and assigned client publishers.
You'll lead the ongoing business relationship, instruct clients on policies/procedures, and utilize book industry experience in consultation with clients to maximize their success.
This includes but is not limited to consultation in the production, cycle timelines, relevant aspects of marketing, and sales, supplying physical sales materials where needed, implementing an e-content strategy, and use of print on demand.
Additionally, you'll take ownership of meetings with client publishers and provide constructive feedback. Further, you will maintain client satisfaction exemplified by being client-focused and responding with a sense of urgency.Finally, the Client Relations Manager keeps clients informed of and trained in the use of beneficial tools and services offered by Ingram.
