CACI is seeking to hire a team of motivated and creative mid-level Instructional System Designers (ISD).
You'll work under the direction of Sr ISDs and Media Developers in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning program.
You'll create Lesson Design Strategies (LDS), support Live Government Reviews, and build On-Screen Lessons (OSL) in a Learning Content Management System (LCMS).
Research and gather missing content.
Create and edit lesson design documents and ensure they are meeting design standards.
Create Lesson Plans and Training Guides.
Experience with using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or eLearning development software.
Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.
(BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
Secret-level security clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
