Responsibilities
*Prepares a variety of fruit arrangements and treats according to our brand standards *Follows store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station *Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player *Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with all customers and co-workers *Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products
Qualifications
*Previous experience in the kitchen is a plus, but is not necessary. The designer will be trained on how to construct the fruit bouquets. *High School Diploma or equivalent preferred *Previous experience working in customer Service or food service establishment preferred *Excellent customer service and communication skills *Demonstrated ability to sell and up-sell products *Good math and money handling skills *Positive attitude *Enjoys working within a team *Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment *Drive and determination *Desire for personal and professional growth *Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record (if also delivering) *Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills *Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs. *Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $11.00/hour.
