    Are you looking for a fast paced, dynamic, and overall FUN work environment? Do you enjoy working with law enforcement, medical, and hospitality professionals? Do you live and breath customer service? If so, Ace Uniforms is the place for you We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work full time time Monday through Friday 9-5:30 and every other Saturday (9am to 2pm)

    Serving the community since 1958, Ace Uniforms is a retailer of uniforms and accessories for law enforcement, medical, and hospitality professionals.

    We develop customized uniform programs for organizations across the nation by leveraging a vast trusted supplier network, coupled with our in-house embroidery and tailoring services.

    We pride ourselves on the great relationships that we have built with our customer during the decades we have served them and are now looking to expand that team.


    General Job Description:


    As a Customer Service Representative you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, vendors, and staff while building lifelong relationships.

    You'll primarily be responsible for guiding your customers through the buying experience by processing work orders, purchase orders and web orders our internal systems and vendor web portals.

    From time to time you will be assigned special projects by the CEO.

    What you will be doing:
    Provide high quality service that makes the customer go WOW
    Ensure that your customer's orders are completed and delivered on time
    Work with our vendor partners to place orders on behalf of your customers
    Provide excellent communication to your customers on the status of their orders - email, phone, and face to face
    Provide product recommendations to your customers to help meet their overall needs
    Work with the internal Ace teams to pick, pack, ship, and bill the customer on time
    Update the leadership team on the status of your customers
    Work hand in hand with a experienced sales representative to assist them in gaining new accounts
    Enter order data into Ace's and vendor's order systems. Multi-tasking is a must
    Work on special projects assigned by the executive team

    Basic Qualifications:
    Customer first attitude
    Natural curiosity to learn new processes, systems, and products
    Self-organized
    Can type at a reasonable speed, 40-50 words per minute
    Is comfortable multitasking and working with multiple computer programs at once
    Ability to work Mon-Fri 9:00-5:30 and rotating Saturdays from 9am to 2pm
    Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal
    1+ years working in a customer

    service/retail/sales/administrative

    role
    Preferred Qualification - not required, but nice to have:3+ years working in a customer

    service/retail/sales/administrative

    role
    Fluent in English and Spanish
    Experience working with Law Enforcement, Medical, or Hospitality professionals
    Experience working in the uniform and accessories industry
