Customer Service Representative


Rayne Water of San Diego is looking for a world-class Customer Service Representative and our goal is to hire a career-minded person that is looking to join our office support team.


We have a great team and are looking for another Customer Service Rep who will proudly represent our brand and create lifetime customers.

Rayne Water has been a leader in water conditioning equipment since 1928 offering the best in water softeners, conditioners and drinking water systems.

$18/hr


This is the perfect career for someone with phone experience in the service industry who has prior experience in a customer focused, administrative role.


If you are customer focused and solutions oriented, then this is the position for you

Responsibilities:


  • Accounts Receivables
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls, answer questions and resolve any product or service related issues for customers, occasionally follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Customer Service & multiline telephone experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees, external customers, and vendors
  • Outstanding organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, fun working environment

Job Requirements:


  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Experience handling high volume of calls in a service related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Selfmotivated with an ability to learn quickly, work independently and think proactively
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Advanced skills in organizing and time management
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of driving times within and around cities within the Rayne branch geography
  • Ability to adapt to any new situations as they arise.
