Job Location:
San Diego, CA
shift - 8:30am - 5:00pm PST onsite
Duration: 13 weeks + extension
Payrate:
$20/hr to $22/hr
Guarantee hours: 40 hours
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative's primary job function is to promote favorable relationships with members, providers, and health plans through the prompt, accurate and courteous resolution of issues including but not limited to the following: authorization processing, claim research, coordinating translation services, and Primary Care Provider changes
Minimum requirement:
- H.S. Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- Knowledge of medical terminology to include ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and HCPC codes
- Computer skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook and data entry systems

$ $22.00 per hour
