Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the country's largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops.


As a Customer Service Representative at Best Cheer Stone, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.


Responsibilities:


Your primary responsibilities will include:

Support Sales Team:
Collaborate with sales representatives as needed to enhance the overall customer experience.


Order Management:
Generate orders for sink, faucet, extra backsplashes, prefabs, or slabs.
Handle order cancellations and facilitate the generation of outsourced vendor Purchase Orders (e.g., shower doors, tile, etc.).


VIP Account Management:
Service VIP accounts by updating, following up, and generating orders.
Collect payment information and essential details like addresses and phone numbers.


Order Processing:
Assist customers with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.


Reception Desk Coverage:
Provide support at the reception desk, ensuring all-day coverage, including breaks and lunch.


Customer Assistance:
Answer inquiries about warranties, terms of sale, and provide information about ongoing deals and promotions.


Sales Support:
Actively engage in selling products and services, working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure excellent customer service.


General Support:
Undertake any other tasks that may be assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
