    Employee Relations Manager


    LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Employee Relations Manager with 3 or more years of related work experience for a full-time job, located in Manhattan, New York, this is a hybrid position that will require occasional to Brooklyn and Queens work locations.


    Responsibilities:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, and conflicts.

    Conduct investigations into employee complaints or allegations of misconduct, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.

    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

    Mediate disputes and facilitate resolution between employees or between employees and management.

    Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution, harassment prevention, and diversity awareness.

    Partner with management to identify trends and issues related to employee relations and develop proactive strategies to address them.

    Participate in disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes as needed.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree, or related work experience

    Strong Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, Word, Outlook skills

    Experience:

    2-3 years of experience in a similar role handling Employee Engagement/ Relations


    Worksite:
    Contract , Hybrid


    Salary:
    $40-50/hr


    Pay Details:
    $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
