    Responsibilities:
    -Provide reception and administrative support to an educational department, including superb customer service as the face of the organization.
    -Prepare meeting minutes, provide grant writing support, and develop agendas.
    -Coordinate travel details and process payment for event speakers.
    -Collaborate with other departments as needed.
    -Assist with management of conference rooms and meeting space reservations.
    -Manage inventory of the office and order additional supplies as needed.

    Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    Skills:
    Previous experience working at a front-desk within an administrative and/or a research related environment is desirable.

    Education:
    Associate

    Experience:
    1-4 years

    Qualifications:
    -Associates degree in Business Administration or 1-3 years of related office or clerical support experience is required for this position.
    -Effective interpersonal communication skills are a must for success.
    -A high-level of experience with MS Office Suite are required.
