    Job DescriptionMake a Difference in Lives Recovered: Lead the Clinical Team at Family Solutions

    Are you a visionary leader driven by compassion and evidence-based practice? Family Solutions, a pioneering force in behavioral health, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to become the architect of our clinical future within the mental health realm. You'll be apart of our clinical team supervising our mental health clinicians for our Intensive Outpatient Mental Health division along with supervising a team of dedicated professionals in empowering individuals struggling with mental health conditions, paving the way for transformative journeys.

    Become the bridge between hope and healing:

    • Expand our reach: Collaborate with community partners to build robust referral networks, ensuring individuals in need find the door to recovery.
    • Nurture talent: Lead orientation and training of exceptional clinicians, shaping a diverse and high-caliber team to deliver gold-standard care.
    • Forge innovative pathways: Design and implement cutting-edge programs, integrating evidence-based practices to address evolving needs and maximize client success.
    • Empower through knowledge: Facilitate dynamic group sessions for our mental health rehabilitation and case management program.

    Beyond clinical expertise, you'll:

    • Lead with empathy and vision: Cultivate a supportive and collaborative environment where your team thrives, championing open communication and fostering a spirit of innovation.
    • Orchestrate clinical excellence: Oversee client intake, assessments, and treatment planning, ensuring personalized interventions that address co-occurring conditions and individual needs.
    • Mentor and inspire: Provide direct clinical supervision and guidance, empowering therapists to reach their full potential and consistently deliver gold-standard care.
    • Drive quality improvement: Collaborate with our management team to set clinical goals, evaluate program effectiveness, and champion data-driven initiatives that elevate the quality of care.

    We seek a leader who:

    • Possesses a Master of Science in Social Work or Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or similar degree and holds an active licensure in the state of Illinois including LCPC, or LCSW.
    • Boasts a minimum of 5 years of experience guiding and supervising clinicians in treating mental health conditions.
    • Demonstrates proven expertise in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities like CBT.
