    Job Title: Alarm Install Coordinator

    Top Skills

    1) Call Center Experience
    2) Customer service experience
    3) High volume call placements (outbound & inbound)

    -CONTRACT TO HIRE- 6 MONTHS
    Project Coordinator that can be trained to work a phone dialer/program and create/scheduling in Mastermind.
    Working in a call center environment. Making calls to existing customers and schedule install techs to come to their home and upgrade their security systems.
    Back office administrative work. Using Excel, Spreadsheet and dialing system.
    Operating daily with internal employees using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel

    Ideal candidate can work either onsite at the ADT Tempe/Phx location:
    Call center representative that can be trained to work a phone dialer/program, create/schedule on Mastermind and operate Microsoft Office & Excel in call center and back office administration

    Work Environment

    Office/ call center environment. Open desk structure.
