Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our call center team as Call Center Representatives.

This role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow communication scripts to ensure consistent and effective communication
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Pay:
From $39,987.00 per year
