We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and strive to exceed customer expectations with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their inquiries or concerns
Enter customer data and update records in the system with attention to detail
Analyse customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain highquality service standards
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse information and problemsolve effectively
Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity

Pay:
From $39,865.00 per year
