    About the roleReporting into the CEO, the Business Operations Manager will be a strategic partner across the business who gets into the weeds of our data.

    You are comfortable being in a player/coach role, and happy to work with senior management.

    We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters.

    The base salary for this role will range from $130,000 - $160,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.

    What you'll doAnalyze trends and underlying issues within the business; you will be responsible for understanding impacts in a multi-sided marketplace, complex problem solving in a data-driven manner, and implementing solutions cross-functionallyEffectively communicate learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders; you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to develop and deliver on your roadmapPartner closely with Senior Leadership to identify opportunities and deliver on service, profitability, and growth expectations for the businessInnovate and ask questions; you will have the opportunity to challenge the status-quo and push the business to new levelsDevelop reporting framework for KPIs and revenue metricsReport and provide analysis on KPIs, inclusive of related Investor materialsYour experienceWe encourage candidates to apply even if they don't have 100% of the below qualifications.

    We believe in a holistic approach when evaluating talent for our team and post new roles often, so even if this role isn't quite right, we want to meet you3+ years experience in a Business Operations, Business Analyst or Product Strategy/Analytics role at a high growth consumer facing companyExperience working in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital preferredExperience working at a high-growth marketplace or consumer services start-upMust have experience in marketing/growth analytics (LTV/CAC, Retention, etc))A critical thinker with strong analytical skills; Must be proficient with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.

    You will work with our engineering team to build a data foundation for our company and empower our team to properly use various analytical tools as we growExtremely comfortable with financial modeling and complex data analysisProven track record of working collaboratively and cross functionally; In this role you will help think through the analytics of every major business decision across our team including Product, Sales, Marketing, etcPassion to learn and solve problems by thinking outside of the box; you love to learn and when something isn't clear, you figure it outThrive in a fast-paced work environment; You set ambitious goals and if you fail, you fail fast, learn, and keep pushing forwardDeeply self-aware with an openness to giving and receiving quality feedbackExcellent written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audienceAn effective project manager with a laser-focus on resultsA good human being
