******Job Summary******

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our company. This role will focus on onsite and virtual event experiences to further enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. The candidate will be a critical teammate collaborating with internal teams and managing external vendors to create unique experiences for employees at eMBRY Health.

****Duties & Responsibilities:****

Coordinate, plan and assist with onsite and virtual events at eMBRY Health.

Manage and support onsite and offsite team meetings and events

Manage and support internal event programming including large flagship events

Event operations/ stage setter

Budget tracking and management

Measure and manage employee feedback, throughout the year

Manage speakers, attendees, vendors, event venues and partnerships

Meet regularly with the onsite team managers

Manage and update internal Events Resource Guide for employees

Events calendar management

****Job Requirements & Qualifications:****

2+ years of administrative and event coordination experience

Experience supporting mid-size and growing teams

Experience with managing and building relationships with external vendors

Excellent project management and customer service skills

Exceptional problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to strategically multi-task, prioritize, and complete projects with changing deadlines and high levels of urgency

Organized, self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Knowledge of Office 365
