    We are expanding our team And we are looking for a hands-on Recruiter to join our healthcare staffing team If you enjoy being a part of a fast-paced, high energy, fun, and creative work team, then Midwest Clinical Resource is the place for you

    Midwest Clinical Resource is a healthcare staffing agency placing nurses, nursing assistants and other healthcare professionals in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and hospice care settings.

    We have an established client base that we support. We are different than most staffing agencies. We focus on people first.

    We believe that the professional and personal development of our staff help to ensure that the needs of our clients and patients are best served.

    We provide training, professional development, and coaching. A better culture means better care outcomes.

    The Recruiter plays a key role in that mission.

    We are passionate about patient care and employee satisfaction and are looking for a someone who shares in this passion and has a drive for excellence.

    The successful Recruiter candidate will have the following: 1) General understanding of the recruiting process including excellent follow-up, customer service and communication skills. 2) Demonstrated outcomes showing a track record of achieving goals. 3) The ability to wear multiple hats so that the needs of the growing organization are met. 4) Understanding of the healthcare industry with experience in long-term care is ideal but not required. 5) Strong computer skills and the ability to develop those skills as the needs change.
