    Job Description
    Women's Health Services is seeking an
    Operations Manager to join our team. As a team member, you will be an important part of a well-established and growing independent abortion clinic.

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • human resources coordination (including onboarding and scheduling of staff and volunteers),
    • facilities management (including managing regular monitoring, inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building and equipment and serving as liaison to our cybersecurity vendor),
    • supervision of clinic telephone personnel,
    • quality assurance of telephone intakes,
    • working as medical receptionist and performing insurance verification when regular staff are unavailable

    Skills/Qualifications    · must be committed to reproductive justice and enthusiastic about accessible abortion care· clear, effective communicator· able to prioritize various administrative tasks and delegate as appropriate· detail-oriented· strong organizational skills and time management· approachable and non-judgmental· able to collaborate well and motivate team members· desired qualifications/skills: Spanish speaking, previous experience with the above-listed responsibilities
