Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments
In Addition:
This individual will be in charge of managing Keap CMA activities, monitoring all communications with all team members and clients, and team calendar.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in account management and building relationships with key clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Note:
This is a full-time position.
Pay:
$48, $58,208.93 per year
