    IT Application Manager Logistic / E-Commerce/ Retail (m/f/d)

    To strengthen our IT Business Application & Usability Management department we are looking for an Expert IT Application Manager Logistic / E-Commerce / Retail (m/f/d).


    What you can expect:

    • Management of our globally implemented applications (SAP and non- SAP) in the areas of logistics or e-commerce
    • Ensuring an optimal quality of the globally available applications
    • Cooperation in global support as well as continuous exchange of knowledge with our units in New York and Hong Kong
    • Analysis of incidents as well as follow-up and escalation management
    • Systematic analysis of incidents with the aim of avoiding problems in the future
    • Proactive and event triggered use of the monitoring system to identify acute and avoid potential future causes of faults

    Your profile:

    • Studies in business informatics / computer science or education as an IT specialist.
    • ITIL basic knowledge and ideally experience in supporting SAP applications, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce environment
    • Service-oriented work, analytical thinking as well as independent action are a matter of course for you
    • Structured approach to work and strong problem solving skills
    • Flexibility, commitment and initiative as well as teamwork and communication skills
    • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
