Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team.

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, including production planning, order fulfillment, warehouse management, and transportation.

Your expertise in data analysis and your ability to effectively manage a team will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics department.


Duties:


  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Oversee the transportation of goods, including dispatching and coordinating with thirdparty logistics providers (3PL)
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the logistics process
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Train and supervise logistics staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Skills:


  • Strong data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Experience in production planning to optimize resources and meet customer demands
  • Proficiency in using AS400 or similar inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of demand planning techniques to accurately forecast inventory needs
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing terms
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Note:
All positions at our company are paid positions.


Pay:
$90, $120,000.00 per year
