    Description


    We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the wholesale distribution of our card game products to our retailers.

    As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to retail partners across the country.


    Responsibilities:


    Manage the wholesale distribution of our card game products to major retailers, including Target and Walmart, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to retailer-specific requirements and guidelines.

    Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the flow of goods and ensure efficient transportation from production facilities to retail distribution centers.

    Coordinate with internal teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure accurate order fulfillment and resolve any logistics-related issues.

    Oversee inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels at retail distribution centers and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
    Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners to coordinate shipments and optimize transportation routes for cost-effective delivery.

    Utilize logistics and supply chain management software to track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and analyze data to improve logistics processes and efficiency.

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including Target and Walmart, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of distribution activities.

    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to transportation, warehouse operations, and product handling.
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the wholesale distribution operations.

    Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on distribution performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, and cost efficiency.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in logistics and distribution management, with a proven track record of managing wholesale distribution for major retailers, including Target and Walmart.

    Strong understanding of retailer-specific distribution requirements and guidelines for Target and Walmart.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and retail partners.
    Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve logistics processes.
    Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in logistics and distribution.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
