    As we continue to expand the team responsible for implementing and managing enterprise clients, we are looking for an Implementation Associate to help us execute operationally. The Implementation Associate will play a critical role in our ability to support and maintain our growing book of business. Reporting to the VP of Client Success, you will own key operational activities and be crucial in helping to manage the client lifecycle for Carrums enterprise clients. This is a tremendous growth opportunity for someone looking to be challenged on a daily basis, learn from an experienced team, and build a career in Client Success.

    This is a full time position, the salary range for this role is $70,000 $80,000 plus bonus, depending on level of experience and geographic location.

    Youre excited about this opportunity because you will

    ? Be responsible for supporting the Client Success team to deliver the highest level of service to our clients
    ? Project manage the technical setup for new and existing client implementations, including:

    ? Meeting and coordinating with external client partners
    ? Communicating eligibility and claims data feed requirements
    ? Using JIRA to request and prioritize technical components
    ? Communicating timelines with stakeholders; ensure deadlines are met

    ? Partner with the data operations team and outside vendors to resolve issues both during and post implementation
    ? Provide implementation updates and reports to Client Success team and management
    ? Use and develop reports in Tableau to validate results, develop opportunity projections, and respond to inquiries
    ? Identify opportunities to develop best practices and increase efficiency and consistency
    ? Collaborate cross-functionally with Carrums Sales, Patient Operations, and Technology teams
    ? Travel onsite to client locations to support Open Enrollment events (5% travel)

    ? 2-4 years of experience in project management, consulting and/or professional services (healthcare industry experience highly desirable)

    ? Highly detail-oriented, extremely organized and results-driven; exceptional at creating process and structure
    ? Strong operational and reporting prowess
    ? Excellent collaboration and time management skills
    ? Effective communication skills: the ability to be direct, logical and succinct
    ? Experience meeting deadlines, keeping many balls in the air and prioritizing work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment
    ? Entrepreneurial spirit; ability to solve problems creatively and strategically
    ? Have a laser client focus and a take pride in being accountable and proactive
