The HRBP Advisor within Global Technology (GT) is a direct support to the HR Director assigned to several senior/executive leaders and their teams within Global Technology.
The advisor is also a key member of the overall GT HR team and will liaise with our local and international HR teams.
The HR advisor acts as the core support for director, manager levels and associates as it relates to people practices and the employee lifecycle as well as identifying HR solutions and strategies needed to support the business and operational needs.
The Advisor identifies and diagnoses complex associate and manager issues and understands their business unit objectives and strategic priorities from a people and technology perspective.
Specifically, the advisor will provide HR partnership to managers and associates.Day to day activity will include coaching, performance management ensuring high levels of performance, helping create and maintain employee engagement, supporting talent management processes, supporting change management and helping develop, implement and manage people-related policies.
You will partner with senior and junior leadership to ensure the HR strategy is structured and functioning to best support our business.
You'll also partner with others within our CoE functions, such as HR operations, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, immigration/benefits, HRIS/Corporate systems etc.
to ensure broader programs are effective for the orgs that you support.What You'll Bring:
- 7 plus years of professional experience in HR, in an HRBP role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence with authenticity.
- Proven track record of coaching, developing, collaborating with and advising managers.
- Action oriented/problem solving mindset with the ability to manage complexity with ease.
- Strong interpersonal skills able to build trust at all levels.
- Highly proactive and resourceful, with a strong bias for action
- Flexible and able to navigate ambiguity with ease.
- Strong detail orientation managing data for key projects.
- High level of responsibility and followthrough.
- Undergraduate degree required (preferred in sociology, psychology, HRM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management skills and experience in managing internal projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in following areas: retention, engagement, development, total rewards, employee relations, international teams
- Previous experience in a global company
