    Description

    CraneWorks is looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to work in our Houston headquarters. CraneWorks is one of the fastest-growing suppliers of lifting equipment in North America, with ten locations across the US. The company also recently announced a significant partnership with Equity Group Investments to provide strategic support and capital for greenfield expansion and acquisitions.

    For this newly created marketing position, we're looking for someone who's excited to wear multiple hats and who has at least 2-3 years of professional marketing experience. In this role, you'll learn the ins and outs of each department so you can tell the company's story through written and video content and through our B2B social media channels. You'll also flex your organizational muscles as you help coordinate trade show appearances, making sure the right items get to the right places at the right times.

    Over time, we'll leverage your skills and interests to add more responsibilities, which might include photography, drone videography, email marketing, SMS marketing, ABM, SEO, or other related areas. There's some "choose your own adventure" here, as we'll have flexibility to tailor the job around your talents as you settle in.

    Requirements:

    • At least 2-3 years of marketing experience in a professional setting
    • Social media marketing experience, especially B2B marketing on LinkedIn
    • Copywriting/content creation
    • Highly detailed and organized
    • Familiarity with a DSLR camera and ability to take high-quality photos
    • Comfortable working in a MacOS environment
    • Love of continuous learning
    • This is not a remote/hybrid position; you will work full-time in our Houston office, so you must live within driving distance (no relocation provided)
    • Very minimal travel, about 5%-10%
    • Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 25 pounds, move safely over uneven terrain, ascend/descend ladders and stairs, respond quickly to sights and sounds, and remain in a stationary position for greater than 50% of the workday
    • Salary: $62,000 to $69,000 per year depending on experience

    • Drone piloting/videography – if you already have a valid drone license, this is worth major bonus points
    • Familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot
    • Video editing software (iMovie is good, Premiere is great)
