Position Summary:

Positioned under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing Technology & Operations, you will exploit advanced analytics tools like Salesforce and Power BI to amplify the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.


Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to establish and refine key performance indicators and crafting comprehensive measurement frameworks for our diverse marketing campaigns.

You will play a key role in developing and executing sophisticated data collection strategies, ensuring a rich dataset from diverse sources.

Your analytical prowess will also drive the creation of predictive models and segmentation techniques, enhancing the customization and targeting of our marketing communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes Salesforce and other analytics tools to analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, customer behavior, and lead generation metrics.
  • Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to define key performance indicators and develops measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns.
  • Designs and implements data collection strategies to capture relevant marketing data from various sources, including digital platforms, CRM systems, and market research.
  • Develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders, enabling datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
  • Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provides insights and recommendations to enhance customer targeting, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize marketing tactics and drive performance improvements.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data visualization, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our analytics capabilities.
  • Support the Director of Marketing Technology and Operations in various analyticsrelated initiatives and projects, as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role, with proficiency in Sale
