    Position Summary
    Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the VP of People Operations & Experience will spearhead the advancement of Empower Pharmacy's People Operations function and team. The VP of People Operations will oversee the establishment and leadership of a team responsible for delivering HR services, including people analytics, compensation and benefits, HR operations, technology, and continuous improvement across the HR domain. This role focuses on streamlining processes, promoting scalability, enhancing operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall employee experience with the HR department. The VP of People Operations & Experience will manage HR transactional processes encompassing various areas such as leaves of absence, benefits planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and more.


    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Develop and manage a People Operations infrastructure, encompassing systems, policies, and programs such as employee relations, compliance, and HRIS administration.
    • Lead the implementation of HR transactional processes and provide operational guidance.
    • Establish priorities, frameworks, and governance for HR service delivery.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process enhancements, technology integration, and training needs.
    • Optimize HR systems and processes to meet regulatory requirements.
    • Drive innovation and improvements to enhance employee experience and facilitate organizational growth.
    • Oversee HR compliance functions, including audits and documentation.
    • Collaborate with various HR stakeholders to align policies and procedures strategically.
    • Set objectives and strategies for total rewards programs.
    • Lead market analysis and planning for total rewards programs.
    • Optimize HRIS for workforce requirements and automation opportunities.
    • Provide guidance for onboarding, coaching, and employee relations.
    • Offer support for employee communications and relations.
    • Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation within the organization.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Experience and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • 15+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in HR leadership.
    • SHRM certification preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
