Marketing Specialist in Houston to champion our branding and marketing initiatives.

We are looking for a storyteller who can share our vision and values.


What You Will Do:

• Building community through the built environment.
• Collaborate with our designers and technical staff to bring project stories to life through engaging content, graphics, and multimedia.
• Showcase our people, projects, and milestones through award submissions highlighting the creativity and ingenuity driving our success.
• Represent Pfluger in industryrelated organizations like SMPS
• Support office initiatives to strengthen our culture.

What We Need:

• A seasoned professional with 5+ years in the AEC industry, holding a degree in English,

Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office

(PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Strong communication skills with an ability to convey complex design and technical concepts in a clear, engaging manner.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Flexibility to manage time and shift priorities as needed.
• A team player who values creativity, kindness, and the power of working together towards a common goal.
