Description

• Serve as the marketing point person for Eagle's business units, engaging them in annual marketing and communication planning, measuring potential ROI or organizational benefit, and driving execution through the year.
• Work with Management to create a strategic marketing planning process.
• Develop an understanding of each business units' objectives and challenges.
• Drive execution of business unit deliverables both personally and through the marketing team
• Assist with related special projects, as assigned.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products or services.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, printers, and graphic designers.
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, website traffic, etc.) to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Passion for marketing and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience in web development.
• Experience in graphic design (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator )
• Experience working with a CRM
