What We're Looking For
What You Will Do
- Serve as the marketing point person for Eagle's business units, engaging them in annual marketing and communication planning, measuring potential ROI or organizational benefit, and driving execution through the year.
- Work with Management to create a strategic marketing planning process.
- Develop an understanding of each business units' objectives and challenges.
- Drive execution of business unit deliverables both personally and through the marketing team
- Assist with related special projects, as assigned.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, printers, and graphic designers.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, website traffic, etc.) to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and project management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for marketing and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience in web development.
- Experience in graphic design (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator )
- Experience working with a CRM
