    Description


    Our Partner is seeking a dynamic Government Business Development Capture Manager to drive strategic planning initiatives, business development efforts, and market research in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team.

    The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, working closely with Project Managers and subject matter experts to enhance our market presence and service offerings.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop responses to government solicitations (Sources Sought, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).
    • Identify opportunities through resources like eBuy, GovTribe, and SAM.
    • Conduct opportunity analysis and maintain accurate company profiles.
    • Present business development pipeline updates to Executive Leadership.
    • Foster collaboration through brainstorming sessions.
    • Incorporate project management and Lean Six Sigma principles.
    • Gather data for strategic planning and proposal support.
    • Manage all aspects of proposal development ensuring compliance and quality.
    • Demonstrate a track record of winning highvalue contracts.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development or related roles.
    • Proven success in winning highvalue federal contracts.
    • Strong knowledge of GSA Schedules, FAR, and DFARs.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Shipleylike processes.
    • Strategic thinking skills.
    • Authorization to work in the United States.
    • Occasional travel may be required.
