    SUMMARY

    The Sr. Manager, Field Sales Finance, will lead and drive strategic financial insights and optimize field operations. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement within field finance operations. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, this role requires exceptional analytical skills, a proven track record in financial leadership, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations. The Sr. Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring transparent and efficient field finance operations aligned with organizational goals.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES and other duties as required.

    • Financial Analysis: Synthesize large amounts of data to conduct in-depth financial analysis of field operations, providing insights into key performance indicators and financial trends.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development of field-level budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support effective financial planning.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Performance Metrics: Define and track key financial and operational metrics, developing dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within field finance operations.
    • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Directly manage and/or mentor 1-2 associates, providing leadership and guidance in their professional development.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education and/or Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience in field finance, operations finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to evolving business needs.
    • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.

    However, the pay range for this position is as follows.

    $107, $199,600.00
