- As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements, designing the technical architecture, and developing the CRM solution using Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
- You will also perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation of the CRM solution.
- You will collaborate with the product owner, the scrum master, and the development team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the CRM solution.
- You will have at least 3 years of experience in CRM development, preferably with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
- You will have strong knowledge of CRM best practices, data modeling, integration, security, and performance.
- You will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- You will be responsible for defining the vision, scope, and roadmap of the CRM solution for our clients.
- You will also manage the backlog, prioritize the features, and communicate the business value and expectations to the development team and the stakeholders.
- You will collaborate with the technical analyst, the scrum master, and the development team to ensure the alignment of the CRM solution with the business goals and user needs.
- You will have at least 3 years of experience in CRM product management, preferably with Agile or Scrum certifications.
- You will have strong knowledge of CRM processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing.
- You will have excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- You will be responsible for facilitating the Agile process, coaching the development team, and removing the impediments for the CRM implementation project.
- You will also monitor the progress, track the metrics, and report the status of the CRM implementation project to the product owner and the stakeholders.
- You will collaborate with the technical analyst, the product owner, and the development team to ensure the adherence to the Agile principles and values.
- You will have at least 3 years of experience in CRM project management, preferably with Scrum or Agile certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with business process mapping and re-engineering.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience in a Scrum Master role for software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
