The ideal candidate is sales-driven, passionate about the coffee industry, and possesses prior sales experience.

Qualifications
•The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and service management, specifically in coffee or related industry.
•Previous experience in water cooler sales would be advantageous for this role.
•A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
•Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets is a must.
•Strong leadership abilities are essential, with the capacity to inspire and manage a team effectively.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
•Strategic and analytical thinking skills with a problem-solving approach are necessary.
•Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
