    Job Description Summary
    The role of Data Coordinator supports the function of the Advancement Data Team in serving the data needs of the Wycliffe Foundation and Advancement Department in fundraising for Bible Translation. Specifically, this role provides key data support for Wycliffe Foundation marketing reporting, and assists the Advancement Data Team in data entry updates, support for marketing initiatives, reporting, and process development/maintenance.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for unreached people groups around the world.
      • Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation.
      • Write reports and develop processes for Wycliffe Foundation reporting, including mailing list generation, gift reporting, and marketing tracking.
      • Monitor the Advancement Data Team email box, taking action as needed for such items as adding new contacts and accounts, address changes, email updates, name changes, direct mail setting changes, etc.
      • Participate in team meetings especially with a listening ear to processes that can be implemented or improved in the CRM.
      • Write, review, and maintain data process documentation through Salesforce Knowledge.
      • Support marketing team and data team in processing returned mail.
      • Coordinate donor correspondence related to thank you letters, campaign follow up letters (Acquisition Conversion Series, Calling Campaign Follow Ups, etc).
      • Assist with other projects and duties as assigned, mainly related to data maintenance and donor cultivation.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Research and Data Operations.

      • Software Skills: Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel experience (formulas, mail merge, pivot tables), general CRM experience. Salesforce experience is a plus. Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive).
    Education and Experience:

    Associate's degree plus three years of experience in database analysis, report writing, and team administration; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Nonprofit ministry experience is preferred.

    • The hiring range for this position is $21.63-$25.15. The actual pay rate for an individual is based on various factors such as qualifications, skills, and experience. Additionally, the range for this position is based upon and considers Wycliffe's non-profit ministry environment.
