RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medelln, is looking for a proactive, and creative, Proposal Writer to join MOYA Design Partners. We have partnered with an innovative digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow and succeed online. Our team of experts specializes in delivering customized digital marketing solutions tailored specifically to each client's unique requirements

As a Proposal Writer, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by crafting compelling and well-structured proposals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform complex information into clear, persuasive narratives that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients

What You'll Do

Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts for content development.
Coordinate with graphic designers to enhance the proposal's visual appeal.
Translate technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive content.
Lead end-to-end proposal development, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and win themes.
Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends for tailored proposals.
Analyze RFPs to understand client needs and collaborate with the RFP and Marketing team.
Edit and proofread proposals for clarity, coherence, and brand adherence.
Maintain a repository of reusable content and stay informed about industry best practices.

What You'll Bring To The Team

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience
English C1 or C2 Level (Native)
Expertise in proposal writing, copy-editing, and project management
Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Experience with RFP/Bid responses
Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
Exceptional organization and time management, Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changes
Proven ability to handle pressure during major proposal submissions
Self-motivated with excellent prioritization skills, Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
