    Description

    Provides accounting support and information for management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, processing invoices, processing travel documents and receipts, and maintaining accounts payable and customer payments.

    Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
    Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
    Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
    Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
    Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
    Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
    Supports monthly and year-end financial closes.
    Reconciles multiple cash accounts.
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required or equivalent experience
    Proficient in Excel
    Data Entry Management
    Financial Compliance
    Payroll
    PC Proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and data entry skills to create and maintain record keeping duties.

    This is a full-time position which may require some weeks working over-time during training and special projects. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday typically between 9:00 a.m.
