successful technology integrator is seeking an
Administrative Assistant to support our Accounting and Sales Team. We are a small but growing firm, committed to craftsmanship

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Time sheet and payroll entry
Accounts payable
Prevailing wage reporting
Payroll and sales tax
Collating and sending reports to the appropriate party
Editing and updating documents
Handling office tasks and administrative duties, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business or related field preferred
2+ years of accounting or admin experience preferred
QuickBooks experience preferred
Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including excel is a must
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Ability to work well with others
Excellent customer service skills
