- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for all levels of staff, from entry-level to management, focused on car wash operations, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule training sessions accordingly.
- Design and update training manuals, educational materials, and course content.
- Conduct on-site training sessions and workshops at various locations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training on employees' performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate trainers and other training staff to achieve excellence in delivery and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations during training events.
- At least 5 years of experience in training and development, specifically within the car wash industry.
- Strong background in sales and customer service training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to various company locations as needed.
