    *Who we are looking for: We are looking for a motivated *Director of Sales Development* to oversee the new-hire training program at Move Concierge. This program includes successfully onboarding 10-30 new sales representatives for our inside sales team each month. This position is responsible for proactively ensuring that each salesperson is equipped with the proper sales skills, ongoing product knowledge, and understanding of Move Concierge's selling process to be successful in their role.

    *What you'll be doing:

    • Oversee the monthly onboarding, training, and development of 10-30 new sales hires.
    • Monitor and track the performance of trainers and others involved in new hire training.
    • Work with Sr Sales Leadership to develop and execute interactive new hire and continuing education training for all Sales team members.
    • Evaluate trainer and sales team members' performance to measure the effectiveness of training programs, provide recommendations for improvement, and identify current and future training needs in support of company goals and initiatives.
    • Develop and execute one-on-one and group coaching sessions to develop sales skills and drive productivity improvement, covering topics such as software use, interpersonal skills, quality and process issues, and product knowledge.
    • Creates, publishes, and delivers sales training programs/content to include micro-learning lessons for new product launches; Maintains a call library with demonstrated best practices
    • Develops testing and evaluation procedures to develop team members' sales skills (e.g., call scoring and coaching program, certification process relative to sales skills, product knowledge, process adherence, etc.)
    • Stays current on sales training best practices and Move Concierge product and process knowledge to incorporate information into Move Concierge's training program
    • Executes and delivers quarterly project/department goals on time
    • Other job duties as assigned and deemed appropriate by management
    *Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of trainers and onboarding sales managers, helping them develop in their roles.
    • Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle of Sales Training team members, including our rookie sales managers.
    • Participates in interviewing and selecting personnel for Sales Trainer positions; completes offboarding activities.
    • Provides training and coaching to Sales Training team members
    • Ensures the necessary resources and tools are available to Sales Training team members for quality training content delivery and training support
    • Serves as a resource and holds Sales Training team members accountable for following key processes and programs, including issuing corrective action; communicates job expectations to the Sales Training team
    • Evaluates, prepares, and delivers employee performance evaluations
    • Enforces company policies and procedures
    *What you bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales training leader.
    • Relevant experience in developing and creating Sales training content and managing trainers.
    • Must be able to graduate from the Move Concierge Rookie program and perform as a Junior Concierge to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, processes, services, customers, partners, and sales techniques
    • Demonstrated passion for teaching and providing training, motivation, and coaching to help others learn and develop
