    Fit Factory is looking for an experienced fitness professional to lead the Personal Training Sales Department.

    The company Fit Factory is more than just a gym. It offers a full-service health club with a luxury studio feel and customized membership options.

    Job Title: Personal Training Sales Lead

    Company: Fit Factory



    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct Fitness Consultations with prospects and members to introduce them to the club and personal training program.
    • Establish and maintain a great working environment to ensure high client results and retention.
    • Must be available and maintain working during peak times (ex. Morning and Evening


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, skills & abilities:

    • Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong understanding of sales
    • Excellent time management skills


    EXPERIENCE:

    • Leadership experience
    • 6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred
    • 6 months to 1 year of Personal Training sales or Sales experience
    • Minimum 1-2 recent work references


    Compensation:

    • Competitive rate based on experience and skills
