    Job Description:

    Title: Collections/Compliance Customer Service Representative

    Location: North Fort Worth, TX
    Contract: 1 year, potential to extend

    In this role, you will provide top-notch service to Fleet customers and dealers, fostering customer relationships to support the client. Serving as a central point of contact for inquiries from customers, dealers, client Sales, and internal partners related to servicing the Fleet portfolio. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely follow-up on assigned tasks, and minimizing legal and financial risks through procedural compliance and processing excellence. This position involves various aspects of client services and remarketing at a high level of complexity.

    Job Deliverables:

    • Prepare legal documents for account modifications.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries via various channels.
    • Complete account updates and resolutions.
    • Manage maturing leases and initiate customer contact.
    • Review incoming payments and coordinate account dispositions.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma, BA/BS preferred.
    • 3-5 years of work experience.
    • Experience in collections, compliance, customer service, and remarketing.
