Company DescriptionA reputable Ag Retailer is currently seeking a dedicated Seed Manager with a proven track record of success in retail agronomy sales.

This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting and mentoring their team across various territories, including North Carolina's Salisbury area and its surrounding regions.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of agronomy sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and achievement.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive seed sales growth and expand market presence in the designated territories.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Travel extensively to visit team members in different territories, providing support, training, and coaching as needed.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and performance improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.

Salary:
$70,000 - $95,000 per year plus bonusQualificationsQualifications:Proven track record of success in retail agronomy sales, with experience in seed sales preferred.
Strong leadership abilities with the desire to mentor and develop others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and customers.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territories.
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field is preferred.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
