    We are currently seeking qualified Sales Managers to ensure the highest quality customer SALES experience and maintain the best inventory in the Southeast.


    Duties include:

    Strong training skills for sales teamSales Training for all new hires Strong Closing Skills Participate in 30/60/90 day performance review process and document progress for each review.

    Conduct annual performance review on every employee in department along with proper documentation annually
    • Track results of KBB & auction purchases compares gross profits between KBB & auction verses trade in's
    • Presents numbers weekly at manager meeting Set Goals monthly/daily Maintain showroom traffic flow Tracking total sales numbers Tracking individuals sales numbers, percentages Providing sales team with proper training daily Excellent Appraisal SkillsLot maintenance(vehicle and property upkeep) through sales and lot attendant staff Ensuring staff is proving the best customer experience Schedule manage time off Monitor Andy Elliott Training Working with Internet manager to make sure all vehicles are ready for customer appointments through sales staff Daily inventory walk address issues of Quality Control (reoccurring problems) Manage aging inventory Hold at least 1 morning meeting per week Daily individual strength and weakness meeting/training Maintaining a 50% T.
    O. average Managing sales staff follow up daily Participate in complaint calls and find a resolution Provide the best training/coaching to all sales staff to ensure the best possible results every month Help with CIT when needed Maintain Professional Appearance Attend all required meetings CONSTANT SELF IMPROVEMENT Hold your team ACCOUNTABLE Must have a valid Driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
