    As a Client Relations Associate - Entry Level, you'll play a vital role in nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating the successful execution of event marketing campaigns.


    Responsibilities:
    Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback, delivering timely and professional responses.
    Assist in coordinating and executing event marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with internal teams to align with client objectives.
    Contribute to the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
    Manage client accounts and projects, overseeing deliverables to ensure they're completed on time and within budget.
    Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing regular updates to clients and identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
    Support event logistics and coordination, including venue setup, inventory management, and on-site assistance as necessary.
    Foster strong client relationships, demonstrating dedication to their success and satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
    Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
    Passion for marketing and events, with a keen interest in learning and growing within the industry.
