    As a Client Relations Associate - Entry Level, you'll play a vital role in nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating the successful execution of event marketing campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback, delivering timely and professional responses.
    • Assist in coordinating and executing event marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with internal teams to align with client objectives.
    • Contribute to the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Manage client accounts and projects, overseeing deliverables to ensure they're completed on time and within budget.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing regular updates to clients and identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
    • Support event logistics and coordination, including venue setup, inventory management, and on-site assistance as necessary.
    • Foster strong client relationships, demonstrating dedication to their success and satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
    • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
    • Passion for marketing and events, with a keen interest in learning and growing within the industry.
