    Description
    We are a small company looking to find the person who is the right match for our office. This person needs to have a positive energetic personality, with a desire to help grow a company.


    • Responsibilities:
    Perform full cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:

    Significant transactional reporting into Quickbooks

    Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements

    Check / ACH preparation

    Annual Audit Preparation

    Annual Report preparation to the Department of Revenue

    Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support


    • Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

    Proficient in double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices

    Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Books online.

    Experience with general ledger reconciliation and financial report writing

    Excellent 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy


    • Skills:
    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
