    Position Overview:

    Are you a skilled Accounting Associate with 2-5 years of experience? We're searching for someone just like you to be a vital part of our growing firm. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in bookkeeping, QuickBooks proficiency, an accounting degree, and a proven track record of managing multiple clients.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain precise financial records for multiple clients.
    • Handle various bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
    • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
    • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
    • Ensure strict compliance with accounting principles and standards.
    • Efficiently utilize QuickBooks software to manage client accounts.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to address their accounting and financial inquiries.
    • Play a key role in financial analysis and budgeting processes.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • 2-5 plus years of valuable experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks is an absolute must.
    • Solid grasp of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple clients.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
