You will report directly to our ISC Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, Washington location.In this role, you will have an impact on the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery Provide technical guidance and support to project team members Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholdersU.S.
PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S.under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorizationSalary Range- $166,000-200,000 + eligible incentivesYOU MUST HAVE5+ years of basic digital design experience5+ years of basic analog design experience10+ years of station software design experience using C, C++, C#10+ years of automated station hardware design experience3+ years of experience with ethernet communication including DHCP and packet analysis5+ years of basic database administration experience including tablespace, table, trigger, and index creation5+ years of advanced SQL query definition experienceWE VALUEBusiness acumen – knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry Diverse and global teaming and collaborationStrong management operating system that facilitates communication Ensures that departmental core competencies include continuous PE skill development.
