AeroDesignWorks is a manufacturer of jet engines and small gas turbines. At our location in Cologne, we produce relevant series for target drone and unmanned systems with a young, highly qualified team in production, engineering, and development. ADW expands its product portfolio with efficient and lightweight turbo generators and thrust engines in the class under 10kN.

In late 2023, Airbus UpNext in Minden, USA, took off with a fully hydrogen-powered engine from ADW in a glider of the Perlan project. The highly efficient engine in the 1kN class was developed, built, and qualified by ADW within just two years.

AeroDesignWorks is also one of the leading engineering service providers for the multidisciplinary development and optimization of turbomachinery. We design, analyze, and optimize fans, compressors, turbines, inlets, and other fluid dynamic systems through a dedicated team of experienced engineers.

Your tasks:

As a development and project engineer (m/f/d), you develop and optimize turbomachinery components holistically, both on behalf of customers and as part of our own product development.
