Technology Manager

to lead our technology operations. As a

Technology Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our computer and communication systems, data security, and efficient technology infrastructure.

Technology Manager Qualifications:

Proven working experience:
Minimum of 5 years as a Technology Manager or relevant role

Technical expertise:
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
Experience in data management and governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field

Technology Manager Responsibilities:

Manage information technology and computer systems:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our company's computing needs
Ensure seamless operations within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines

Lead and mentor IT staff:
Recruit, train, and coach employees
Communicate job expectations and appraise performance

Design and implement systems:
Collaborate with other departments (such as Operations, HR, and Finance) to ensure data security
Develop and coordinate policies and procedures
Ensure data security and backup systems:

Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions

Manage budget and cost effectiveness:
Manage the annual IT budget
Optimize costs while maintaining quality and reliability

ATL participates in e-Verify: This employer will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with the information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
