These are your exciting tasks
- Responsible for tendering and awarding construction projects as well as creating design and execution plans
- Monitoring construction execution in terms of performance specifications, deadlines, costs, and quality, as well as accompanying construction acceptance
- Management and supervision of construction site teams and subcontractors
- Technical support in the execution of construction projects and preparation of explanatory reports
What you bring
- Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in handling renovation, maintenance, and refurbishment projects
- Secure application and interpretation of VOB, VHB, building regulations, HOAI, RBBau, and ASR
- Knowledge of construction acceptance and cost control
- Excellent use of industry-standard software, such as MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP, and project management tools
